CV. Mekar Plastik Industri
Plant 1, known as MP 1, was established in 1980. Plastic manufacturing marked the beginning of the group’s journey.
Tulip
That same year, the Tulip plastic bag brand was launched to bring consistent product quality to the Indonesian market.

MP 3 was established to expand capacity and production capabilities as market demand grew.
Ruco
The Ruco brand was launched for the more economical product segment, with recycled materials used in part of its range.
CV. Multi Shrink Plast
Multi Shrink Plast introduced shrink plastic for product sealing and packaging. This specialisation broadened the portfolio and addressed a wider range of packaging needs.
PT. Cave Sumber Berkat · Plant 1
CSB 1 was established as a plastic recycling facility. Processing used materials into pellets developed the group’s capabilities in plastic reuse.
PT. Prima Gracindo
PT. Prima Gracindo was established with a focus on custom packaging. Its portfolio includes plastic bags, gloves, polymailers, PE resealable bags, and PP stand-up pouches.
PT. Tunas Optima Plastindo · Batam
The group’s first plastic factory in the Batam free trade zone expanded its manufacturing reach. Its location supported a focus on Singapore and local demand in Batam.
PT. Cave Sumber Berkat · Plant 1
CSB 1 achieved ISO 9001 certification as part of the development of its quality management system.
PT. Cave Sumber Berkat · Plant 2
CSB 2 was established to produce compounded plastic pellets and additives: colour masterbatch, calcium compounds, optical brightener, and humidity-control compounds. These capabilities supported the supply of material components within the group.
PT. Cave Graha Mas
PT. Cave Graha Mas was established as a diversification beyond the plastics industry, focusing on affordable housing development.
PT. Cave Sumber Berkat · Plant 2
CSB 2 achieved ISO 9001 certification, continuing the development of quality management systems across facilities.
PT. Cave Sumber Berkat · Plant 3
CSB 3 became the group’s newest and largest factory at the time. The facility expanded injection moulding and thermoforming capabilities for household and industrial products, packaging, and the drinking water industry.
Gessler
The Gessler brand was launched for housewares, including dish racks, chairs, tables, outdoor plastic sofas, and plant pots.
PT. Cave Sumber Berkat · Plant 3
CSB 3 obtained H&M Code of Conduct audit approval. The assessment covered business practices, working conditions, environmental impact, and social responsibility.
Web-based ERP integration
Web-based ERP integration connected operational processes and data across factories, supporting coordination, access to information, and analysis within the group.

In 2023, CSB 1 and CSB 3 achieved RCS certification to support the processing and use of recycled materials.

MP 3 and CSB 3 achieved Halal SJPH certification for plastic bags and food-grade products such as thinwall containers and cups, respectively.

CSB 3 achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification as part of the development of its quality management system.
